Return Policy – Vanessa Bondi

At Vanessa Bondi, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange your item under the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

• Sale items, gift cards, and accessories (such as jewelry) are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return

1. Email info@vanessabondi.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. You’ll receive return instructions and the return address from our team.

3. Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for another size or color, mention this in your return email. If the requested item is in stock, we’ll reserve it once your return is processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
